    At Azuma Outdoors, we believe that the process of returning purchases should be as simple as making them. Therefore, we've developed an easy-to-understand return and exchange policy. We're always here to assist you throughout the process!

    We acknowledge that you may sometimes change your mind about a purchase made online. If you decide you no longer want an item, just send it back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. However, ensure the item is:

    • Unused
    • Undamaged
    • Still in its original packaging with the tags attached

    Please note that due to hygiene concerns, we can't accept returns or exchanges on certain items such as wigs, hosiery, underwear, and swimwear. If you're unsure whether your item falls into this category, don't hesitate to contact us before returning it.

    Who Covers the Return Shipping Cost?

    If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll need to cover the return postage cost. Unlike other companies, we make a difference by refunding the full cost of the items plus any delivery charges you paid when placing your order!

    What If I Receive a Faulty or Incorrect Item?

    In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or an item that you didn't order, we take full responsibility. We'll remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

    How About Exchanges?

    Exchanges are hassle-free! If you need a different size or colour, return the unwanted item at your own expense. We'll send your new item for free, so there won't be any additional delivery charges. For faster service, we recommend re-ordering the desired item in the size or colour you want and then returning the unwanted item for a full refund.
