Here at Azuma Outdoor we’re proud of our furniture and the service we offer our customers. We assure our customers that all of our products are made to an exceptionally high standard and comply with all UK certifications. 

Our confidence in our garden furniture items means that we can offer either a 2 year or 5 year guarantee on selected items. You will be able to identify items that come with a guarantee as we will highlight this in the product description section of the product page, and you'll see the guarantee badge in the product's photo section too. 

Our furniture guarantees are only valid from the original date of purchase, to the original purchaser only and may be subject to our terms. Please note that Azuma Outdoor will only accept a valid claim if the customer also produces their original sales invoice, receipt or payment method as proof of purchase.

2 YEAR ZERO GRAVITY CHAIR GUARANTEE

Azuma Outdoor 2 year guarantee

Azuma zero gravity chairs are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 2 years from the date of purchase, i.e. defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship.

Our 2 year guarantee does not cover accidental damage, damage resulting from vandalism, normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues or fading and colour changes caused by the sun’s UV rays or other weather related damage. It does not cover problems with moving parts, mechanisms or upholstery as these deteriorate with use.

Only Azuma zero gravity chairs are covered under this guarantee.

This guarantee does not cover goods used in non-domestic contract environments, i.e. hotels, restaurants, bars, holiday lets, rented accommodation, campsites etc. It applies to private individuals who use goods in their own domestic situation.

The 2 year garden furniture guarantee does not apply to items that have been purchased second hand or at auction. It does not apply to free or donated items and those purchased in the store as ex-display models or seconds items also.

The customer must provide proof of purchase in the event of a claim. This can be provided in the form of the original sales invoice, receipt or payment method.

If a claim is made 30 days after purchase it is the responsibility of the customer to return and collect any goods to/from the address below.

A selection of garden furniture sets, chairs and benches are guaranteed against structural faults for 2 years from the date of purchase, i.e. defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship of the steel, aluminium or tubular metal parts.

Our 2 year guarantee does not cover accidental damage, damage resulting from vandalism, normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues or fading and colour changes caused by the sun’s UV rays or other weather related damage. It does not cover problems with moving parts, mechanisms or upholstery as these deteriorate with use.

Not all garden furniture sets, chairs and benches are guaranteed. Each individual product page will specify whether an item is guaranteed. Other items such as BBQs, covers, parasols and bases are not covered under this guarantee.
